Due to our fast paced lifestyle, many of us experience imbalances that manifest as insomnia, back pain, anxiety, acne, sugar cravings, and more.

After years of suffering from chronic conditions, I came across yogic teachings and its holistic approach to health that led to meaningful, lasting changes in my body and life.

While yoga has become a popular form of exercise, this integrative system has profound healing effects. A mindful yoga  practice gently loosens physical, mental and emotional tension.

My name is Naoko Ikeda. As a yoga teacher and health coach, I help students live with fewer aches, less stress, and more joy.
