"I just want to give you an update on my weight loss progress. I've lost 80lbs! I hope to lose about 40 more pounds to reach my final goal. I did the couch to 5k running program.

The sessions I did with you gave me the foundation to reach this point. Weight and food issues are still daily challenges, but it's getting easier as I continue to push myself to understand this is how I live my life, it's not just about the weight. That's probably the most challenging part. I tell anyone who asks about my weight loss about your program, so I certainly hope some of my friends work with you in the  future.

Move to Seduce” was an innovative and fun approach to my normal boring workout. In the company of new friends, I enjoyed dancing and learning new ways to move.
